The Flying Spur offers a combination of details and features including an impressive upright chrome grille, and lower chrome bumper insert. As a result, it presents a muscular yet elegant face to the world, now further refined with a choice of striking new alloy wheels that underscore its remarkable capabilities.
AN EFFORTLESS EXPERIENCE
As with the whole Flying Spur range, this model has independent computer-controlled air suspension, which maximises impact absorption and isolation, an 8-speed QuickShift transmission, and the advanced all-wheel drive powertrain.
The 40:60 rear-biased torque split helps to sharpen the handling, reducing understeer and providing more engagement with the road and the 8-speed transmission provides responsive power and incredibly smooth gear changes.
The car’s engine management system gives the driver total control of the effortless power that is always available, while also delivering a better range.
ENGINEERING
The Flying Spur W12 is built around the power of a 6.0 litre twin-turbocharged powerplant. It delivers its surge of acceleration with smart fuel efficiency, thanks to its Variable Displacement System.
This W12 engine delivers a fearsome 616 bhp [625 PS] and a maximum torque of 800 Nm, effortlessly propelling both driver and passengers from 0-60 mph in 4.3 seconds, [0-100 km/h in 4.6 seconds] to a top speed of 199 mph [320 km/h].
